Limited Physical Edition Available November 7th

It’s official. Rust & Revenue is now finding real shelves in the real world. Two Central New York stores have already confirmed interest in carrying the limited physical edition, with another demo coming up at Play the Game Read the Story (North Clinton location) on Sunday, October 18th.

This started as a personal challenge. I wanted to see if a small, handcrafted 18xx-inspired game could make the jump from a home printer to a real box and into a few local stores. The answer, somehow, is yes. Every copy is still printed, cut, and packed by hand. It’s rough around the edges in the way handmade things are supposed to be, and that feels right.

The first run is priced at $30, with $5 flat shipping for online domestic orders. That covers materials and lets the project sustain itself without compromise. It’s a fair price for something that’s made in small batches and finished by hand. The goal was never mass production. It was to finish something honest and tangible, and to share it with a few people who appreciate that kind of thing.  I am trying to work out something workable for international orders.

The limited physical edition of Rust & Revenue will be available beginning Friday, November 7th, through select Central New York stores and online via itch.io.  It is modular and is for 1-3 players.

To everyone who’s downloaded, shared, or even just taken a look at Rust & Revenue along the way - thank you sincerely for your support.  Every bit of curiosity and support helped make this real.  In a world of Kickstarters and container ships, this small handmade game still managed to arrive. I’m grateful and a little stunned.
